Insanity. n. mental illness of such a severe nature that a person cannot distinguish fantasy from reality, cannot conduct her/his affairs due to psychosis, or is subject to uncontrollable impulsive behavior.
A 'fantasy' is an illusion created by the mind. No other animal does this. So my contention is, as you will come to know, that the 'Matrix' is a mental social construct that is not a reality, although belief in it has real effects when actions are taken based on it. Since energy acts, the very long lasting life of that (evil) illusory matrix construct, despite the horrendous negative consequences it engenders, necessarily means (since everyone should be working to solve the problems created within it) that all those within it are exhibiting some level of insanity, and lack the energy to escape its clutches. Now it could be that it is a closed loop where, like the hotel California, once in, you can check out but never leave. So if I'm correct, and all in it have the karma to be born into an evil social structure which has as a design feature mechanisms which entrap and energetically debilitate all excepting the power elites, thus attempting, and mostly succeeding, to permanently imprison all the masses from birth, it could be the case that it is impossible to escape. Krishnamurti was asked "What if we are so debilitated that we simply lack the energy to make the first step to escape". He said "Ask, and it shall be given to you". The bible says, "Seek, and ye shall find. Knock, and the door will be opened unto you". In my opinion, this is true prayer. The Creator is Good, and thus would not allow there to be no possibility of escaping evil. So exercise your sovereignty, ask for help, and it will be given to you (the energy to make the first step, which increases energy to make the next step, ad infinitum). This is my direct experience. Of course one must be willing to change ones path. And one must be willing to pay the price required.
I'm reminded of the wisdom teaching. "A seeker came to the ferryman and asked how much it cost to be taken across the river to the promised land. He said he was afraid he might not be able to afford it. The ferryman said "Everyone can afford it, and it's the same price for everyone. Everything you have".
Of course, if one fails to know the value of escape, one may be unwilling to pay the price. That of course would be simply the functioning of insanity, for how much is freedom worth? And what is the cost? What do you possess that is worth more, pray tell? Another cost is feeling the pain that your addictions are numbing/covering up. Remember, the pain is just sensation, and it won't kill you. Start with the small things, and the journey begins.
The Matrix lives in our minds, but transfers into the real world through our acting as if it is true, correct.
Examples.
At a court of law, everyone is there (by physical actions) to consider guilt/innocence based on non material manmade laws/rules/regulations and to decide more real actions (fines, imprisonment).
On the road, we drive a real vehicle according to manmade laws/rules/regulations (which side of road, traffic lights, signs, speed limits etc).
We spend a great deal of time/energy learning the manmade laws/rules/regulations and how to best function within them, don't we. And who are 'we', exactly? False psychological self images?
There are two kinds of 'pain'. Physical (cuts, bruises, broken bones, illness etc) and psychological/mental (non material depression, stress, panic, fear, anger etc). All pain is natural, part of the flow. It is a feedback mechanism. What necessarily follows is that if we distort/numb the signals Life is giving us, we are fighting Nature, and that is a war we cannot win and is a losing strategy. It is an approach supported by the power 'elite', who have always engendered a conditioning program (matrix) with the aim of keeping the masses weak and docile slaves who THEY can use, by milking and eating their energy through drug companies and taxes and addictions.
We have been taught (conditioned) to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Seems to make sense, right. Pleasure is fun and pain is not fun. One of the serious mistakes we make that keeps us trapped is the idea that although I, running 'the program', (conditioned social construct games) haven't been successful (yet) in finding my way to lasting happiness/joy/freedom, others have. When one believes this, then it is either that I must be stupid/incompetent, (causing depression) or I just need to 'work' harder/longer/faster/better. (causing increase in painful pressure)
Could it be that this is a magik con that everyone is caught in? After all, it's impossible to know for sure whether or not some/many other people have found real success in the system, and are happy, joyful and free, right? This is also complicated by the fact that the vast majority are operating a false self image program (aren't you?) and are 'faking it till they make it', pretending to be either successful or happily on their way to achieving it. (vastly promoted on/by social media)
This endemic false self image program is a feature, not a glitch, of the matrix construct, and is responsible for all the corruption, fake news, mistrust, lying, cheating, conflicts and failed relationships. What kind of relationship can there be between false self images? What happens if one stops running the pretence of a false self image and starts 'truth telling' (to oneself and others)? Rejection/shunning, right? No one running a false self image program wants to associate with anyone who is seen to be unhappy and failing and not supporting the 'program', correct? This is a strong force because any unnatural system absolutely requires constant reinforcement, both from outside and within, or it collapses. It is not self energizing because it isn't True or real or natural.
Unfortunately all roads invariably lead to my main theme, addiction. Why? What about the common idea that if one makes enough money, one will be happy? (pleasure) Money can buy 'things', right. Some, like food, shelter and clothing are necessities. Everything beyond that is discretionary. But can money buy non material things, like Love, true lasting happiness, fulfillment and joy? If it can, how much money does it take? A million? A billion? It may be that those are 'priceless', right, and can't be had by any amount of mere money. Money can't buy personal power, nor the intention to feel pain and break addictions. Listen carefully now. No one can stop you from feeling pain. What amazing power that realization is!
